These Terms and Conditions govern the “Yo-Chi Thailand: Win a Year’s Worth of Yo-Chi” promotion (“Promotion”) conducted by Vitality Thai (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By entering the Promotion or accepting a prize, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. No purchase, payment or fee is required to enter or win.
The Promotion opens at and closes at (Bangkok time, ICT, UTC+7) (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not count.

Entry is open to individuals resident in Thailand at the time of entry, subject to applicable Thai law and any confirmed age requirements.
Entrants must be at least 18 years and have a valid personal Instagram account that complies with Instagram’s rules.
Entrants do not need to be Chi Club members to enter unless expressly stated in the published giveaway announcement. The selected winner must register for a valid Thailand Chi Club account to receive and redeem the prize.
To claim and use the prize, the selected nominated friend must register a valid Thailand Chi Club account using a supported phone number and app registration process.
Yo-Chi employees, contractors, officers, and their immediate family members are excluded. We may verify eligibility and disqualify ineligible entries.
During the Promotion Period:
Each valid comment tagging a different friend constitutes one nomination and entry. Repeated tags of the same person, fake accounts, or non-identifiable accounts do not create additional valid entries.
IMPORTANT: The prize goes to the nominated friend named in the winning entry, not the entrant who tagged them.
By tagging a friend, the entrant confirms they have the friend’s agreement to be nominated and have their Instagram handle used to administer the Promotion.
A selected nominee must confirm that they accept the nomination and satisfy eligibility requirements; no nominee is obliged to accept.
Bots, fake accounts, engagement pods, purchased followers, fraudulent, abusive, or manipulated entries are prohibited. We may disqualify entries that breach these Terms or Instagram rules.
One nominated friend will receive promotional Chi Club points with a total redemption value of THB 32,500. The prize is credited as points, not cash or a stored-value cash balance.
The prize points will be credited in a single allocation to the winner’s eligible Thailand Chi Club account on . The winner must maintain an eligible account during the redemption period. The standard Thailand Chi Club earning rate of 1 point per THB 200 spent does not, by itself, establish the redemption value of a point.
The promotional prize points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited. Any unused promotional prize points expire at the end of that period. They are redeemable only at participating Yo-Chi venues in Thailand and are subject to applicable Thailand Chi Club redemption terms, except where these giveaway-specific conditions expressly apply.
The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no cash alternative. The person making the winning nomination does not receive the prize.
A random electronic draw will be conducted at [location] on from all valid nominations. Skill plays no part in selection.
If a selected nominee is ineligible, unreachable, declines, or fails to claim within the deadline, another nominee will be selected randomly from remaining valid nominations.
The winning nomination will be announced via @iloveyochi.th Instagram Stories on , subject to appropriate privacy and consent requirements.
We will contact the nominated friend by direct message from @iloveyochi.th. Within 7 days of first contact, the nominee must confirm eligibility, register for Thailand Chi Club through the applicable Thailand app or process, and provide the membership identifier required for credit.
We may request proportionate proof of identity, age and Thailand residency. Failure to complete the claim requirements within 7 days results in forfeiture and a redraw.
No purchase is required to enter or win. The Promotion is intended to be a free random prize draw.
IMPORTANT: Thai counsel must confirm whether this mechanic requires a sweepstakes/prize-draw permit, regulatory filings, mandatory disclosures, taxes, or other approvals under Thai law before the Promotion begins. Do not assume UK gambling-law treatment applies in Thailand.
This Promotion is operated by Yo-Chi and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. Direct enquiries to the Promoter.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law. Subject to those rights, the Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, unauthorised account access, or events outside its reasonable control.
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control materially affect the Promotion, we may modify, suspend or cancel it to the extent permitted by law and will provide notice via @iloveyochi.th where practicable.
The Promoter will process Instagram handles, contact information, Chi Club details and necessary eligibility evidence to administer the Promotion, verify the winner and fulfil the prize, in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable law.
Insert a Thailand-appropriate privacy notice. Specify retention, sharing, lawful basis and contact details.
Marketing communications require a separate lawful basis/consent where applicable; participation does not automatically constitute marketing consent.
Any publication of the winner’s name, image, likeness, or handle beyond what is reasonably necessary to announce the Promotion is subject to applicable privacy law and appropriate consent.
We may disqualify fraudulent or abusive entries and amend these Terms where lawful and reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through @iloveyochi.th.
If a provision is invalid, remaining provisions continue where legally permissible. Any tax implications must be assessed under Thai law: [CONFIRM PRIZE WITHHOLDING / REPORTING].
To the extent permitted by Thai law, entrants release the Promoter and related entities from claims arising from participation or use of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities of Thailand.
