Issuance and Purpose
Chi Club membership is available to residents of Australia and is designed to reward loyal Yo-Chi guests through points, exclusive offers and member benefits. To join, guests must download the Yo-Chi app and register a new membership account.
Yo-Chi may approve or decline any membership at its absolute discretion. Each guest is permitted to hold one membership only, which must be linked to a unique email address. Membership barcodes must not be copied, shared or duplicated.
Upon registration, guests are required to provide accurate personal details including full name, date of birth, email, home venue and postcode. It is the guest’s responsibility to keep these details up to date within the app. Guests may opt out of the Chi Club at any time via the app settings.
Promotional offers may be provided to new members upon sign-up from time to time and are subject to change at Yo-Chi’s discretion.
Offer Value and Redemption
Chi Club members earn 1 Chi Point for every $10 spent in a Yo-Chi venue. Points are calculated automatically to the cent, meaning a $14.49 purchase will earn 1.449 Chi Points. Points displayed in the app are rounded to two decimal places.
Once a member reaches 10 Chi Points, they are eligible to redeem their points for Yo-Chi products. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, used as part-payment, or applied to transactions below the value of $10. Any remaining balance is not redeemable for cash.
Point redemption is valid on all full-priced products sold in Yo-Chi venues, excluding gift cards. Points cannot be earned or redeemed on online purchases, supermarket purchases, or gift card transactions. Points are also not accrued when a promotional or discount voucher is used.
Birthday Reward
Members who have entered their date of birth in the app will receive a birthday reward in the ‘Treats’ section of their Yo-Chi app. This reward is issued as a Yo-Chi voucher up to the value of $10 on the member’s birthday.
The voucher must be redeemed within 14 days of issue, including the issue date, and is valid for a single transaction only. Any remaining balance above $10 must be paid by the guest. No change will be given.
The birthday voucher is redeemable in Yo-Chi venues only and cannot be used online, via delivery platforms, or at any external stockists. Membership must be active and verified by 3:30am on the day of the member’s birthday to be eligible.
Redemption Rules
Chi Points cannot be transferred, sold or assigned and are not redeemable for cash. Points cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise specified.
Points cannot be accrued from online purchases, supermarket purchases, or gift card purchases, and cannot be earned when a discount or promotional voucher is applied.
If a member does not use their Chi Club membership for a period of two years, their membership will be cancelled along with any accumulated points and benefits.
Offer Validity & Verification
Yo-Chi reserves the right to monitor all Chi Club activity and may refuse or cancel points, rewards or memberships where misuse, duplication or fraudulent behaviour is suspected.
Yo-Chi may terminate a membership at any time without notice or reason. In the event of termination, all accrued points and entitlements will be forfeited.

Issuance and Purpose
This promotion will take place the first Sunday of every month from June to December 2026 from the time each participating Australian Yo-Chi venue opens until 2:00pm. As opening hours vary by location, guests are encouraged to check their local venue’s hours in advance. The following dates are when the promotion will occur.
Offer Value and Redemption
Two guests transacting together and who complete 10,000 steps each will be eligible to redeem a buy one, get one free Yo-Chi. Guests who complete 25,000 steps will be eligible to redeem a free Yo-Chi to the value of $12. To redeem either offer, guests must present valid proof of their steps at the time of purchase before 2:00pm on the same day.
Redemption Rules
Participants must record and show proof of their steps via a recognised health or fitness tracking app, with steps tracked automatically by a phone or wearable device. Manually added or edited step entries are not eligible, and screenshots will not be accepted. Steps must be displayed live within the app with the current day’s date visible at the time of redemption. Recognised health or fitness tracking apps include Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin Connect, or similar step-tracking platforms.

Funhouse Karao-Chi will run from 19 September 2026 to 11 October 2026, inclusive, unless otherwise modified or cancelled by Yo-Chi.
Funhouse Karao-Chi will be available at select Yo-Chi venues in each Australian state during the Promotion Period. Participation is open to guests at participating venues, subject to venue capacity and availability.
Guests must follow all reasonable instructions provided by the Yo-Chi team when participating in Funhouse Karao-Chi. The Yo-Chi team reserves the right to refuse participation where a guest is acting in an unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate manner.
Guests may participate in Funhouse Karao-Chi by performing a song either as a solo performance or duet.
Guests must select a song from the approved Funhouse Karao-Chi song list or have their selected song approved by the venue team prior to performing. Songs containing inappropriate, offensive or otherwise unsuitable lyrics will not be permitted.
All performances must be a minimum of 30 seconds in duration to qualify for a prize. Guests must complete the minimum 30-second performance requirement to receive the applicable prize.
The Yo-Chi team reserves the right to approve or reject song selections and may stop a performance at any time if the song, performance or guest behaviour is considered inappropriate or unsuitable for the venue.
Guests who complete a qualifying solo performance will receive 1 x $10 Free Yo-Chi voucher.
Guests who complete a qualifying duet performance will each receive 1 x 50% off Yo-Chi voucher.
Prizes will be issued following completion of the qualifying performance, with one prize issued per guest per qualifying performance. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All decisions made by the Yo-Chi team regarding participation, song approval, performance eligibility and prize allocation are final.

Guests are eligible to play Funhouse Chi Pong after purchasing a Yo-Chi product. For every 1 Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt or Açaí purchased, guests will receive 1 ticket, which grants 1 chance to play Funhouse Chi Pong.
Each ticket entitles the holder to one game only, with multiple purchases earning multiple tickets.
Funhouse Chi Pong is open to guests of all ages. Children may participate under adult supervision, and shorter distances or stools may be used at the discretion of the Yo-Chi team.
The Funhouse Chi Pong setup consists of 15 Yo-Chi cups arranged in a triangle formation, comprising:
Cups are colour-coded with sleeves to indicate their respective prize tier and may be secured in place with Blu Tack to prevent movement during gameplay.
Players must stand behind the marked line, approximately 1.5 metres from the table, during their turn. Each player receives 3 ping pong balls per turn.
To win a voucher, players must successfully land 2 balls into cups of the same colour or discount level. The two balls do not need to land in the same cup, provided they land in two cups of the same prize tier.
If successful, the player will win the corresponding voucher:
Cups marked as ‘Blank’ do not yield a prize. Players are eligible to receive one prize per turn.

Promoter

Issuance and Eligibility
The Chi Pong Chi-ampionship will take place on Saturday 10 October 2026 from 2:00pm at the following participating Yo-Chi venues only:
To be eligible to participate, guests must be a Chi Club member, be an Australian citizen, purchase one Yo-Chi and register to play with the Chi-E-O on shift from 2:00pm.
Registrations will close at 3:00pm or once 40 guests have registered to play, whichever occurs first. A maximum of 40 guests may participate at each participating venue.
Any participant or prize winner found not to meet the eligibility requirements, including the requirement to be a Chi Club member and Australian citizen, will be deemed ineligible and any prize awarded to them will be void.
Chi-ampionship Format
The Chi-ampionship will be played using a knockout-style tournament bracket. Players will compete against one another, with the winner of each round progressing to the next round. The tournament will continue until one overall winner remains.
In the event of a draw, the round will be replayed until there is a winner. Yo-Chi team members will oversee the tournament and determine the outcome of each game.
Scoring
Players score points by successfully landing a ping pong ball into a Yo-Chi cup. Points are awarded based on the cup or sleeve landed in as follows:
The player with the highest score in each round will progress to the next stage of the Chi-ampionship.
Prize
There will be one winner per state. Each state winner of the Chi Pong Chi-ampionship will receive a $1,000 AUD prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Each winner will be announced by the Chi-E-O on shift at the conclusion of the tournament.
To receive the prize, each winner must provide their full name, phone number and email address to the Chi-E-O on shift. These details will be passed on to the Yo-Chi marketing team for prize fulfilment.
The Yo-Chi marketing team will contact each winner within one week of the competition concluding to arrange payment. Payment will be arranged by the marketing team via marketing@yochi.com.au.
If a winner is under 18 years of age, their parent or legal guardian must provide consent to the winner’s participation in the promotion and to the transfer and acceptance of the prize money. A parent or legal guardian may accept the prize money on behalf of a winner who is under 18 years of age.
Runners-Up Prize
The three runners-up who progress to the final four will each receive 20 Chi Club points as a consolation prize. Each eligible runner-up must provide their Chi Club details, full name and email address to the CHI-E-O on shift at the conclusion of the competition. These details will be passed to the Yo-Chi marketing team, who will arrange for the 20 Chi Club points to be added to the guest’s Chi Club account within one week of the competition concluding.
Redemption Rules
Participation is limited to one entry per eligible guest. The purchase of one Yo-Chi is required to register and participate. Registrations are subject to the 40-player limit at each participating venue and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests must be present and ready to play when called by the Yo-Chi team. If a player is unavailable when required to participate in their round, Yo-Chi reserves the right to deem the player ineligible to continue and progress their opponent to the next round.
All participants and prize winners must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. If a participant or prize winner is subsequently found not to be a Chi Club member or Australian citizen, their participation and/or prize will be deemed void.

Yo-Chi reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of Chi Club membership, Australian citizenship and, where applicable, parent or legal guardian consent before awarding or transferring any prize. If eligibility requirements are not satisfied or cannot be verified, the relevant prize will be deemed void.

Tournament Format
Each registered participant will perform one song selected from the approved Karao-Chi song list. Participants must perform for a minimum of 30 seconds.
Once all registered participants have performed, the Chi-E-O on shift will select the overall winner based on the following criteria:
There will be one winner per state. The Chi-E-O’s decision will be final. In the event of a tie, the Chi-E-O may request the tied participants to perform an additional song or section of a song to determine the winner.
